The person who is given the pack "Cadeau Original"® will enjoy the choosen offer or package at Le Relais.
This person schedules the coming to Le Relais, then confirms the booking directly with Le Relais. Upon arrival, the person gives the voucher.
No extra amount is requested for all services included in the offer "Cadeau Original"®.
The contents of a pack
Each offer "Cadeau Original"® includes a voucher for a stay at Le Relais with the details of the services (meals, visits, tastings, other activities...) and indications for booking, a map to access Le Relais, a description of Le Relais and, if included, descriptions of activities (golf course...), a gift-envelope to personalize your gift.
There is no price tag on the pack "Cadeau Original"®.
The validity of the voucher can be up to 12 months (except packages related to precise events such as Valentine Day, Mothers’ Day, the festival of comics in Angoulême...).
The voucher can be used at any time while valid according to availability at Le Relais.
Define your own pack
For a personalized gift you may also define the contents and the value of your own pack "Cadeau Original"® !
You contact us and you validate services to include (duration of stay, meals, visits, type and duration of other activities...) and the overall value.
We may also schedule the package according to our partners with no extension of validity over 12 months.
Receive your pack
To receive the pack "Cadeau Original"® you selected, we agree with you on contents and budget by telephone or email
You pay us the net amount by secured online system or bank transfer
We send the pack by post mail to the address you give us
