Cours de cuisine en maison d'hôtes en Charente. Atelier team building entre La Rochelle et Bordeaux

Be part of a small group, from 5 to 8 people, in a friendly and very relaxed atmosphere, to learn new French recipes easy to remember. You will train your imagination and your creativity then surprise your friends. The session includes the making of two recipes (main course and entrée or dessert), few tricks explained by the Chef, presentation and decoration of the plates, laying of the table...

Your partner may join the lunch to taste the courses prepared !

At your office, we wish to enhance the team spirit and reinforce communication between your staff. We adapt our Cooking Training to make it a team building session.

- the active participation of everyone whatever their cooking experience,
- a small group, from 5 to 8 participants,
- a location : a family kitchen where professional tools and equipments are banned,
- a Chef, both a professional cook and a professional trainer

- Recipe worksheets, tools, ingredients and... aprons are made available to all.

- arrival by 8.30am : welcome coffee,
- until 0.30pm : cooking course,
- by 1.00pm : lunch and tasting of the prepared courses, drinks included
